Whilst we envy those that fully embrace Veganuary by going entirely vegan for a whole month, we think some might find it overwhelming. Adopting small changes can make a big difference. For example, you might discover new recipes that enable you to go meat-free more often in the future. You might feel like you have more energy or simply fall in love with this new lifestyle. Take steps at your own pace. Remember that everyone has different reasons for going vegan, and some fully embrace veganism more than others. The choice is yours!
