This month saw the launch of a national campaign to encourage women of all abilities and sizes to get active. ‘This Girl Can’ aims to tackle women’s worries and concerns about being judged and get out there and get fit. The inspirational campaign covers a variety of sports including rock climbing, spinning and running, however at MirrorMePR we think horse riders should also spread the message that horse riding is also a great way to get fit and feel great!
