Content Upload Terms Of Use
MirrorMePR Ltd is a PR and Marketing Agency which provides various social content management services (“Services”) to brands (“Brands”) subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”, “Terms of Use” or “Terms”). MirrorMePR reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice, by updating revised Terms of Use. You must review the Terms of Use each time you access the MirrorMePR website or use the Services, in order to stay informed of any changes to the Terms of Use. Accessing our Website or Services after such notice will be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications or additions.
MirrorMePR facilitates the direct upload of user images, copy, graphics, audio, video, location information and comments ( Known as “User Content” or “User Generated Content” to various websites and other digital properties operated by Brands. This UGC may also be used by the Brands in their marketing, promotional, advertising and other customer engagement mediums, as well as the collection of User Content from social media sites on behalf of the said Brands. Brand properties and the content residing thereon, and Brand business practices and privacy policies are not under MirrorMePR’s control. MirrorMePR is not responsible for and makes no claims regarding the accuracy or legality of any User Content, Brand Content or anything related. This inclusion of User Content on the Site or Services does not imply MirrorMePR’s that have any affiliation with you or endorse you, the User Content, or any Brand featured in such User Content.
By accepting these TOU in connection to User Content made available to MirrorMePR, you grant permission to the Brand and their third-party service providers who provide content management services, including MirrorMePR, and its retail partners, the ‘”Parties’,” the following: worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your UC in any manner at the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion. This includes (but not limited to) website pages, social media pages as operated by the Licensed Parties, promotional e-mails and advertisements, other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, in any media now or in the future and those unknown. The Parties may also use, distribute, display, reproduce, transmit, create content from your User Content, combine with other materials and alter and/or edit your User Content in any manner in their sole discretion, without any obligation to you. You also grant permission to the Parties the following rights: To use your real name, username, your image and likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Content, should they so wish.
You confirm that you own all the rights related to your User Content. If the User Content is subject to any third-party proprietary rights, including, e.g.: material which is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law or other proprietary rights laws, you also confirm that you have all necessary legal rights, consents, and permissions to publish the UC which you have submitted and to grant the rights granted herein. These rights include permission from all person(s) appearing in your User Content; You confirm that you are not a minor, that you are legally entitled to post the User Content, and that the User Content is not in any way libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive. You also confirm that the Parties’ use of your User Content as described herein will also not violate any other law. You, therefore, agree to release, discharge and hold the Parties, and any person(s) acting on their behalf, completely harmless from any liability related in any way to the Licensed Parties’ use of your User Content.
By agreeing to these TOU you are are aware that you are consenting to MirrorMePR’s collation and processing of your personal data as detailed in MirrorMePR’s Privacy Policy.

Once a recognised infringement notification is received, it is our policy to remove or disable access to the material and notify the provider of the material or the user of this action.
Liability Limitations
Under no circumstances will MirrorMePR, its affiliated companies, or any persons involved in the creation, production or distribution process be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct or incidental damages which arise out of your use or your inability to use our services. MirrorMePR and its affiliated companies will not be liable for errors, inaccuracies or omissions, delays, interruptions, losses of any kind (including but not limited to) loss of profits, damages without time limitation.
