So, How Does Small Business Coaching & Consultation Work?
We work one-to-one with our coaching clients to determine your short term and long term goals and set in place practical steps which will set you on the right path and empower you as you go. We offer our coaching services via phone or Zoom, and we recommend booking a minimum of three sessions with us, spaced out monthly to enable you to action our recommendations. After each call, you’ll receive an action list which you can refer to and work through until your next call.

You’ll need to be as committed as we are to your business. Afterall, building a business is hard work, so you need to invest back into your business to reap the rewards. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither were successful businesses, so you need to be prepared to be in it for the long haul. After three sessions you may well feel you are ready to springboard off into the sunset, but for others, they prefer to keep their monthly lifeline so that we can continue to support them as they grow.
