The MirrorMe Canine PR team  love spending time with their dogs, and that includes client meetings in London, so where do we recommend to enjoy a pooch friendly drink or bite to eat in town? Here are a few of our favourites…

The Yorkshire Grey Pub & Kitchen in Grays Inn Road . The ‘pawfect’ place to stop for delicious pub grub in this spacious pub with plenty of table space. They also offer private hire, and we think it’s the perfect venue for a dog-friendly event for the future! A lovely atmosphere and great staff- our Canine PR team love it!

A great dog-friendly pub in the heart of theatre land in Covent Garden? Well, yes! The Globe Pub is situated opposite the Royal Theatre, and the food is fresh and delicious. The popularity of this pub means they don’t seem to need a website, so we’ll pass on the address as we think this is a great spot to stop whether you are in the middle of some retail therapy or looking for a lovely little venue to meet other dog lovers! – 37 Bow Street WC2E 7AU

We love the Circa in Soho, this gay bar has got a great atmosphere, friendly good feel vibes and it’s diverse clientele pretty much adore our dogs and let’s face it… Our woof juniors love attention! A great stop off heading back through town at 5 pm on any week night, although we’d avoid later in the evenings and especially Friday and Saturday nights as it gets very busy.

Looking for a restaurant in the centre of town, then Andrew Edmunds is a super dog-friendly gem in the heart of Soho. You need to book (well) in advance, given the place is so small. The food is fabulous and reasonably priced for London, and we love the fact we can grab a bite to eat in Soho with the dogs if need be!

If you are heading west of town, you need to check out Portobello House and head to their dog-friendly bar and bistro. A large spacious venue they are just around the corner from Portobello Market, and a perfect place to sit and people watch.

We love Maggie Jones Resturant for a non-pretentious bite to eat in Kensington. A warm, inviting environment, great food and service and its only 2 minutes walk from Kensington tube station or 5 minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate underground.

We hope you will be wagging your tail in glee with our selection, however if you are after a break from the city, why not check out our blog on 5 Idyllic Dog-Friendly Beaches  for the Canine PR teams top UK dog destinations.
