Having a clear out of your tack room before Christmas, not only leaves some space for your horses’ Christmas presents and those January sale bargains but could help support a horsey charity. Get friends together and find an equine boot sale near you and raise valuable funds for an equine charity in need.

Spend some extra time giving your horse a serious pampering session. Give your horse a thoroughly good groom and a massage with a haynet in the stable. Whether it’s natural horsemanship, starting clicker training with him or simply building on your horses’ confidence and trust in you with simple exercises in hand or on the lunge.
