May is certainly a lively time for MirrorMePR’s Equestrian PR Team!
Not only were we busy with the Badminton Horse Trials at the beginning of the month, but another key event awaits just around the corner, though this time a bit closer to the Windsor office: The Royal Windsor Horse Show! This fantastic show pulls together traditional showing, dressage, carriage driving and show jumping, to name just a few of the activities we’re looking forward to! We also love the fact it takes place in the Queen’s back garden, and so even if horses aren’t your ‘thing’ then perhaps great shopping, good food and fantastic atmosphere are.
Houghton Horse Trails is another great event to see some top equestrian action; incorporating the FEI Nations Cup, this event has it all, from the aforementioned great equestrian action, to entertainment for young and old, and let’s not forget super shopping at over 70 trade stands (where you’ll be able to find our fabulous clients, Whale Of A Time Clothing). This will all be set in the magnificent grounds of Houghton Hall, Norfolk, which is truly one of the most outstanding venues within the sport of eventing!
And for those of us who just enjoy having fun with our horses? Well, we quite like the idea of the Cirencester Fun Ride this month. Enjoy over 10 miles of riding set entirely within the stunning Cirencester Park in the heart of the Cotswolds, with over 80 different optional fences. Apparently, ‘riders are taken onto woodland tracks, past the famous Polo Fields and along wide grassland avenues lined with spectacular trees’ – we think this certainly sounds like a fun one to join in with!
