Park Life

If escaping the city is difficult, you can still find solace in your nearest park. Taking a regular leisurely stroll through your local park is good for the soul and an excellent opportunity to see the seasons changing and connect with nature. Going for a run around your local park is also great exercise and running with others is even better! Parkrun organise weekly, free park runs. The perfect opportunity to meet new people and get fit!
